Every session begins with a meditation to call your soul back into your body
and ground you into the space and moment.
As we chat and you share whatever comes up during the meditation, we open my my treasure chest of organic essentials oils to create a personalized blend that will be healing and supportive to your emotional needs. You will go home with a roller ball of your unique blend to use between sessions.
Next, you will move to the massage table where I will do a full Reiki session to balance your meridian energy. You will remain full clothed and tucked under a cozy blanket for a completely relaxing experience.

I will use crystals, sound healing, and acupressure points, at times,
as I am intuitively guided.
The final part of the session is a time of reflection and integration for both of us. You are invited to share any somatic experience you may have had on the table and we can chat about that together. I will share anything that I find in your energy system and share any wisdom that feels it would be helpful to you.
Additional essential oils may be suggested or "homework" between sessions.

I work on a sliding scale from $111-$222 for a 2+ hour session.
